Judging Criteria
The judges will be looking for evidence of how the organisation demonstrates the following:
1. Inspiration behind the business
2. Business results and growth
3. Achievements & challenges to date
4. Vision /strategy for future development
5. Product/service Innovation

Judging Process
- Fill in the nomination form with all questions answered.
- Each Nomination category is processed by 2 judges and each question is given a score. These will be combined to give an overall score for each entry.
- Based on the highest scores, a short list of 6-7 in each category is confirmed.
- After a month, each nominee on the shortlist is interviewed by a judge.
- Final scoring decides the winner
